“My wife and i decided to visit the Margaret Island thermal baths on the last day of our short city break which ended up being a Saturday with a very hot/sunny weather forecast. We arrived just before opening and there were huge queues which initially didn't bode well. However once we got through there was so much space in the outside pools that you didn't feel overlooked. The pools themselves were clean and very well maintained. If you want to do serious swimming then bring a swim hat and don't forget sliders/flip flops.
