“La sala de las palmeras no es nada especial y está llena de gente. Fuimos a finales de septiembre cuando no había apenas turistas por la ciudad, sin embargo, todo el balneario estaba lleno! Hay muchos locales que van a pasar el día al balneario y las piscinas todas están a reventar siempre, hasta aquí algo normal, pero el tener acceso a la sala de las palmeras no es nada especial, ni tienes acceso a alguna otra piscina o sauna para esta zona que te aleje de la masificación. Además si lo coges allí te sale mucho más barato y tienes lo mismo.”

“The spa itself was ok; crowded but that was to be expected. The information they don't tell you on their site or on viator is that they do not provide towels at all. No where could I find this information so I assumed this was included. Nope, they charged us $20 USD for a thin little towel. What a rip off. The brunch was probably the most valuable part of this experience but service was incredibly slow. Brunch took 2+hrs and by then we were just ready to leave.”
